In poker your outs are the unseen cards with a view to complete or improve your hand to make it the winning hand. Each additional card or "Out" will improve your percentage of surviving the hand and popping out a winner.

The Rule of 4 -Two.

The rule of four-two, as I LOVE to name it, is a neater approach to figure the percentages for any situation where you understand your outs. With two cards to return after the flop you multiply your selection of outs by four. With one card to come back after the turn, you multiply your selection of outs by two.
