Cuatro cajas es el balance que nos traemos a España de esta prueba celebrada en Deauville. El mejor fue Francisco Cabezas, eliminado lejos de mesa final.
Penúltima jornada de las France Poker Series Deauville la que se celebró ayer en la ciudad francesa, y donde teníamos todavía cuatro aspirantes entre el grupo de 80 supervivientes en busca de un asiento en la mesa final.
El mejor situado al reanudar la acción era Francisco Cabezas, el único con un stack superior a la media. Junto a él, Jorge Ufano, Sergio Aido y Matías Ruiz intentaban que la representación española siguiera viva en territorio francés.

Desgraciadamente para los intereses de nuestros jugadores, las malas noticias no se hicieron esperar. En un nivel fatídico, perdíamos casi de un plumazo a Matías (74º - 2.330€), y minutos más tarde, Jorge y Sergio decían adiós a sus opciones de forma casi simultánea.
Ambos jugadores se metían en el bolsillo idénticos premios de 3.320€, mientras mostraban todo su apoyo al único jugador español con posibilidades. Pero tampoco pudo ser. Minutos más tarde, Francisco Cabezas caía eliminado en 43ª posición sin escalar ni un peldaño más en la tabla de cobros, lo que le entregaba la misma cuantía que a sus dos paisanos eliminados anteriormente.
Ya sin jugadores españoles en competición, estas FPS Deauville se quedaban algo descafeinadas para nuestros intereses. Todos nuestros compatriotas allí desplazados, empezaban a poner sus miras en el EPT que hoy arranca, donde intentarán realizar un más que digno papel.
La acción en este penúltimo día de las FPS seguía, hasta dejar servida la mesa final, la cual empezará liderada por Jean-Paul Vasseur con 5.960.000. Esto serán los ocho protagonistas que lucharán por los 175.000€ que esperan al ganador.

Adelson consigue 2.573 millones de euros tras descartar Eurovegas

El magnate norteamericano recibirá de varios bancos compromisos de crédito renovable y préstamos a plazo B.
La inversión extranjera que estaba proyectada en España con el desarrollo de Eurovegas ha terminado con la nota negativa de cancelarse pero esta decisión ha tenido consecuencias positivas para el promotor del proyecto, Sheldon Adelson.
De hecho, días posterior publicarse la conclusión de abandonar Eurovegas, Adelson logró un acuerdo con varios bancos para financiar desarrollos y aplazar vencimientos de deuda.
Entre las entidades financieras están Goldman Sachs Crédit Partners LP, Citigroup Global Markets, Scotiabank, Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Brancj, Barclays capital y JP Morgan Chase Bank.
Con dicho acuerdo Las Vegas Sands, empresa multinacional propiedad de Sheldon Adelson, recibirá 919 millones de euros en compromisos de crédito renovable y préstamos a plazo B por una cantidad de 1.654 millones de euros.
Y es que estaba claro que las financieras aplaudirían la conclusión de abandonarse el proyecto de Eurovegas porque semanas anterior anunciarse el fin del macro-complejo algunas entidades habían elaborado informes en las que se aconsejaba descartarlo.
El grupo JP Morgan señalaba que “el gran proyecto en España de Las Vegas Sands podría ser archivado”.
Es más, añadían que “la dirección de Las Vegas Sands ha hablado muy poco sobre este caso con los analistas de JP Morgan en comparación con otras manifestaciones, haciéndonos pensar que es difícil que logren más concesiones de Madrid, provocando que Las Vegas Sands reforme sus previsiones”.
El proyecto de Eurovegas muy abanderado por el establecimiento regional de Madrid al final ha quedado en la nada posterior que se anunciase el proyecto en 2012.
La verdad es que las condiciones de Adelson al ejecutivo español eran excesivas. Primero la modificación de la ley del tabaco, después ventajas tributarias y subvenciones.
La lectura de todo esto es que al final Adelson pudo cambiar de opinión y solicitó tantas peticiones para terminar descartando el proyecto por la falta de colaboración del Gobierno español y no por la verdadera razón, que ya no quería construir este proyecto en España.

MANY YEARS ago I fell upon the program and feature used it for analyzing the sport. I USED TO BE quite surprised once I saw the consequences. Unfortunately I don’t know who devised the program as I NEED give them proper credit for it.
This system claims it was tested over the past 39 Super Bowls and has a record of 33 – 4 – 2. (I MYSELF didn't return and locate all the stats for the former years but have seen the consequences for the last five years.)Last year it was a loser when the Colts won the sport. It's going to take some digging find the stats but they're available on-line. A lot of them will also be obtained by visiting the official NFL website

1. Award 10 points if a team has won a really perfect Bowl within the last THREE years. 2. Award 8.0 points to any team whose OPPONENT is playing of their first actual Super Bowl in Franchise history. 3. Award 8.0 points to the team that has allowed the less defensive rushes 4. Award 7.0 points to the team with the most productive OVERALL SU win/loss record including playoffs 5. Award 7.0 points to the team with essentially the most offensive rushes. 6. Award 5.0 points to the team with the lower defensive rush average per carry. 7. Award 4.0 points to the team that has the most efficient net kick-punt Touch Down returns. 8. Award 4.0 points to the team the team with the simpler ATS record. 9. Award 4.0 points to the team that has some of the best NET penalty yards. 10. Award 3.5 points to the team that has the most efficient yards per pass attempt. 11. Award 3.5 points to the team that has given up the fewest points. 12. Award 3.5 points to the team that has allowed the fewest rushing Touch Downs. 13. Award 3.0 points to the team that has probably the most sacks. 14. Award 2.5 points to the team with the fewest offensive pass attempts. 15. Award 2.0 points to the team that had the most productive NET punts (total) at the year. 16. Award 1.5 points to the team with the most productive average per offensive rush. 17. Award 1.0 points to the team with the most efficient completion percentage.
I won’t provide you with all of the stats for this years game. That takes the joys out of the work interested in using it to seek out the winner. Bring to mind it as a large scavenger hunt with the reward being that you'll have the winning side. (Maybe)

Atlantic City Says "NO" to PokerStars

Unfortunately, the brand new Jersey Department of Gaming Enforcement has tabled their review of PokerStars' application to supply online gaming in New Jersey for a minimum of two years, a death-row sentence to the net poker provider, since nearly every casino within the state could be represented before the web giant may also be considered again.
This is either excellent news for many who think Poker Stars need to be condemned for permitting US players onto their cyber-turf prior to now ( PokerStars founder Isai Scheinberg is under indictment for violating the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act), and those that think nearly every online poker site did the similar and it's just what people wanted anyway. Personally, I loved to play online poker. The games let me be creative with my play, and I'd like to set my very own casino odds (so that you could speak), in line with my ability, not the home edge already in place in typical casino games.
Of course I WILL still do that, by playing live poker games, but there has been something magical (and for many, financially rewarding) about playing a couple of minutes of poker at lunch perhaps, from my very own laptop. As always, I'm sure the federal government is calling out for my best interests, just as they were doing once they enacted a brand new health care program that has now knocked most "group" insurance policy for pro artists, writers, and yes, poker players, out of the market. Sorry, but when you might be an independent professional gambler, you will likely find (or already know) that your coverage was cancelled. Better of luck to you finding a comparable individual plan.
